  • Door furniture is a knob 1m
  • Hinged on the left, swings inwards.

The Basin

  • Basin height front edge to floor 790mm
  • A Lever tap is provided.

The Toilet

  • Height (top of pan) 450 mm
  • Front of bowl to back wall 820 mm.
  • Centreline of bowl to side wall  480mm
  • Toilet  Grab rails height 810mm.

The Shower

  • Wheel-in-shower with  no hob
  • A Hand-held shower rose is provided.
  • Shower grab rails height 820mm above the floor.
  • Star capstan taps 1m above the floor.
  • Two of the three rooms have a small fold down shower seat. All have the plastic seat.
